Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to every booking made with Trip Tasia Umrah and to your use of triptasiaumrah.pk. By paying a deposit or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone named in your booking. Please read them carefully.

About Us

Trip Tasia Umrah (Trip Tasia Travels) is based at 5-6 Sher Bahadur Building, 2nd Floor, Block-6, Melody Market, Civic Center, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad 44000, Pakistan. We provide Umrah services in line with the rules of Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Our Services

We arrange Umrah packages and individual services, which may include:

  • Umrah visa processing through the official Saudi systems.
  • Return air tickets.
  • Hotels in Makkah and Madinah.
  • Airport transfers and transport between Makkah and Madinah.
  • Medical insurance required for the visa.
  • Ziyarat tours and other services listed in your quote.

The exact services included in your booking are those written in your quote or invoice. Anything not listed is not included.

Quotes and Bookings

Quotes

Quotes are based on prices and availability on the day they are given. Airline fares, hotel rates and exchange rates can change, so a quote is only guaranteed once we confirm your booking in writing and receive your deposit.

Confirming a Booking

Your booking is confirmed when we receive your deposit and the required documents, and send you a written confirmation. The person who makes the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for payments and for passing these terms to everyone in the group.

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.
  • A deposit , as stated in your quote, is required to confirm a booking.
  • The full balance must be paid by the date stated in your quote, and before your visa is filed.
  • Payments must be made by bank transfer or other formal channels to the official company bank account stated on your invoice. We issue an official receipt for every payment.
  • We do not accept responsibility for money paid to any person or account not named on your invoice.
  • If the balance is not paid on time, we may treat the booking as cancelled and apply the charges in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your Documents and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Holding a passport valid for at least 6 months from your entry date, with blank pages.
  • Giving us correct names and details exactly as they appear in your passport. Fees caused by incorrect details are your responsibility.
  • Getting the vaccinations required by Saudi Arabia, including meningitis and polio, and carrying proof.
  • Booking your Umrah time slots and permits on the Nusuk app after arrival, with our guidance.
  • Arriving at the airport on time with all travel documents.
  • Following the laws and customs of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia during your journey.

Visas

Umrah visas are issued only by the Saudi authorities. We submit your application through the official systems, but we cannot guarantee that a visa will be issued or issued by a certain date. Visa decisions, rules and fees are set by the Saudi government and may change without notice. If a visa is refused, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

Flights

Flights are operated by the airlines, under their own conditions of carriage. Airlines may change schedules, routes or aircraft. We will tell you about any changes we receive and help you with alternatives, but we are not responsible for delays, cancellations or baggage problems caused by the airline.

Hotels and Transport

We will give you the names of your hotels in Makkah and Madinah before you travel. If a hotel becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we will offer a hotel of the same or higher standard. Room types, check-in times and facilities are set by each hotel. Transport is provided by approved Saudi operators as described in your booking.

Changes to Your Booking

Changes You Request

If you want to change dates, names, hotels or flights after confirmation, we will try to help. Changes depend on availability and supplier rules and may involve extra charges, which we will tell you before making the change.

Changes We Have to Make

Sometimes we must change part of a booking because of airlines, hotels or authorities. We will tell you as soon as possible and offer a reasonable alternative. If a major change is not acceptable to you, you may cancel as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by you or by us are covered by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include government decisions such as the suspension of Umrah visas, changes to Saudi or Pakistani travel rules, war, unrest, natural disasters, epidemics, airline failures and extreme weather. In these cases we will do our best to help, and any refunds will depend on what we can recover from suppliers.

Health, Safety and Insurance

Umrah involves a lot of walking, crowds and heat. Please tell us about any medical or mobility needs before booking so we can plan suitable hotels and transport. Mandatory medical insurance is included with the visa, but we recommend you also consider your own travel insurance.

Your Conduct

Please treat our staff, guides, other pilgrims and suppliers with respect. We may refuse service to anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk or breaks the law, without a refund.

Our Liability

We will provide the services in your booking with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for losses caused by your own actions, by third parties not connected with our services, or by events outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service, except where the law does not allow this limit.

Complaints

If something goes wrong during your trip, contact our helpline immediately so we can try to fix it on the spot. If you are still not satisfied, send us a written complaint as soon as possible after your return to support@triptasiatravels.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to reply promptly. You may also raise a complaint with the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Islamabad.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you confirm your booking applies to that booking.
