Most families who call us have the same worry. They have heard of pilgrims landing in Jeddah to find a different hotel from the one they were promised, or waiting hours at the airport because nobody booked their pickup. These problems usually happen when the visa, ticket, hotel and transport are split between different people who do not talk to each other.
Trip Tasia Umrah keeps every part of your journey in one file. The same team that applies for your visa also books your seats, confirms your rooms in Makkah and Madinah and arranges the car or coach that meets you at the airport. If something changes, such as a flight time, we update the rest of your plan so the pieces still fit together.
Our Umrah services in Islamabad are built for real families from Islamabad and Rawalpindi: first-time pilgrims, parents travelling with children, groups of relatives and elderly travellers who need short walks and a calm schedule. You can choose a ready group departure from our Umrah packages or book any single service on its own.
Pick the full package or only the parts you need. Every service below can be added to a custom plan.

Pakistani passport holders cannot get an Umrah visa on arrival or apply for it alone on the Nusuk platform. The visa has to be filed by a licensed operator, and Saudi Arabia only issues it after your accommodation and ground transport are booked. That is why the visa is the first thing we start, but it is tied to the rest of your plan.
You can send these on WhatsApp or bring them to our office. Once the bookings are in place, the visa is usually processed within one to two working days, although Saudi authorities control the final timing. Read the full rules, fees and the difference between Masar and Non-Masar visas on our Umrah visa from Islamabad page.
Saudi Arabia asks travellers from Pakistan to show proof of polio vaccination, and health rules for pilgrims can change between seasons. We check the latest Saudi Ministry of Health list when we open your file and tell you exactly which certificates to carry.

Your hotel decides how tiring your Umrah will be. A room a few minutes from the Haram lets you return between prayers to rest, while a hotel 1 to 2 km away usually depends on a shuttle bus and costs much less. Neither is wrong; it depends on who is travelling with you.
| Hotel tier | Typical location | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Economy / 3-star | Farther from the Haram, often with a shuttle service | Young, fit pilgrims on a tight budget |
| 4-star | Shorter walk to the Haram | Most families wanting comfort and value |
| 5-star / VIP | Close to Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi | Elderly parents and anyone who wants minimal walking |
We always give you the hotel name and approximate walking distance before you pay, never the phrase “similar hotel”. Browse current options on our Makkah and Madinah hotel rates page, or read our guide to choosing Umrah hotels.
Every Umrah plan needs at least four road journeys: the airport pickup, the transfer between Makkah and Madinah (about 450 km), and the return to the airport. We arrange these before you fly, so the driver already has your name and flight number when you land.
The Haramain high-speed train is another option between Makkah and Madinah for travellers who prefer rail; ask us if you would like it included. Vehicle prices are listed on our Umrah transport rates page.
Ziyarat turns a visit into a lesson. Standing at the foot of Mount Uhud or praying in Masjid Quba means much more when someone explains what happened there. Our guided tours can include:
Jabal al-Nour and the Cave of Hira, Jabal Thawr, and a drive through Mina, Muzdalifah and Arafat, the sites of Hajj.
Masjid Quba, Masjid al-Qiblatayn, Mount Uhud and the martyrs of Uhud, and the area of the Battle of the Trench.
Ziyarat may be included in your package or added separately. We tell you clearly which one applies before you book.
Travelling with parents, children and in-laws takes planning. We arrange family rooms or neighbouring rooms, keep everyone on the same flights and use one coordinator for the whole group. Tell us about elderly or less mobile travellers and we will plan shorter walks, ground-floor-friendly hotels where possible, and private transport.
For pilgrims who want the least effort between prayers, our VIP option combines 5-star hotels near Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi with private cars for every transfer and flexible dates. It suits business travellers, senior citizens and families who want to focus fully on worship.
Not everyone can take 15 or 21 days off. With our customise package form you can choose a 7-day or 14-day Umrah, split your nights between the two cities and pick your hotel level.

Dates, number of travellers and budget, by phone, WhatsApp or at our office.
Hotel names, flight details and what is included, in writing.
Passport, CNIC copy and photo for every traveller.
Visa, e-tickets, hotel vouchers and driver details before you fly.
Before paying any Umrah agent: since July 2026, Pakistan’s Ministry of Religious Affairs allows only approved companies to provide Umrah services. Check the approved list, pay through a bank and keep your receipts. You can see what a typical trip costs in our Umrah cost from Islamabad guide.
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set these dates for the 1448 AH season (official calendar):
A full-service agent arranges the Umrah visa, return air tickets, hotels in Makkah and Madinah, airport and intercity transport, and optional Ziyarat. We also help with documents and stay in touch while you are in Saudi Arabia.
Hotels and transport can be booked separately. The Umrah visa for Pakistanis, however, can only be issued once a confirmed hotel and transport booking exists, so a visa is always linked to at least a basic accommodation and transport booking.
It depends on the package. Visa, flights, hotels and transport are standard; Ziyarat and meals vary. Your written quote will list exactly what is and is not included.
Yes. Tell us their needs and we will suggest hotels with a short walk to the Haram, private transport and a relaxed schedule. Many families also choose to land in Madinah first so the journey starts at a gentler pace.
Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah allows women to perform Umrah without a male guardian. Many women still prefer to travel with family or within a group, which we can arrange.
At least 6 to 8 weeks ahead for normal months, and several months ahead for Ramadan and school holidays, when rooms near the Haram and flight seats sell out first.
